Alberta Works
When the Alberta Government passed new legislation that brought Employment and Training Services, Income Support, Health Benefits and Child Support Services under one department within Alberta Human Resources and Employment, KADG was engaged to create a corporate identity for the newly named “Alberta Works.” The corporate identity had to work well on its own and with the Alberta government wordmark, while appearing appropriate to the objectives of the department and economic realities of its client groups. KADG also provided publication and display design, templates and guidelines. KADG then were asked to implement a comprehensive branch environmental graphic design signage program that addresses the exterior branding and the interior information and wayfinding requirements for their clients accessibility.
